12.01 Institute daily checkpoints

Just as you might do on an agile project, you’ll want to have a regular checkin with your stakeholders. Ideally, a daily standup in which each key stakeholder shares what they worked on yesterday, what they’re working on today and if there are any blockers preventing them for achieving their daily objectives. This way you can address any concerns along the way and help fix any problem earlier in the process. It’s also a way to give and receive regular feedback from the team or teams for which you’re implementing the pipeline.
